FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What customers usually want to know before they start.

Security, access, onboarding, pricing and operating boundaries should be clear before an engagement begins.

What is OpsChugex Technologies Inc.?

OpsChugex is a cloud and DevOps engineering company. We help growing businesses build, secure and run their systems on AWS and Azure.

What is the OpsChugex Command Center?

The Command Center is an operational workspace that connects approved delivery, Kubernetes, infrastructure, cloud-cost and operational signals so teams can review context and decide the next action.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

No. OpsChugex is designed to work alongside existing cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, software and observability environments.

Does OpsChugex need administrator access?

Not by default. We prefer least-privilege, scoped and read-only access where modification is unnecessary. Broader access is agreed only when the work requires it.

Can we start with a small engagement?

Yes. A Cloud Health Check, DevOps Audit, architecture review or other bounded engagement can be used before a larger implementation or managed-service relationship.

How is pricing determined?

The Cloud Health Check starts from $2,500 CAD, with the final fixed price confirmed before any work begins. Pricing for other work depends on product usage, technical scope, environment complexity, support expectations and the amount of engineering responsibility involved.

How can we verify OpsChugex engineering capability?

Use Engineering Proof to inspect public Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, recovery and live-service validation records, with reference work clearly separated from customer outcomes.

What happens after we contact OpsChugex?

We review the environment, problem, outcome and constraints, then propose the smallest useful next step: product, assessment, project or managed engineering.
