Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of OpsChugex public websites, Marketplace, accounts, software products and self-service subscriptions. Signed statements of work or service agreements control where they expressly differ from these terms.

Company and eligibility
OpsChugex Technologies Inc. operates the OpsChugex websites and application. You may use the services only if you can enter a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. Business accounts must be created and used by people authorized to act for the organization.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, enabling available security controls where appropriate and promptly reporting suspected compromise. You must not share authentication credentials in a way that defeats account or tenant controls.
Acceptable use
You may not use OpsChugex to break the law, access systems without permission, interfere with service operation, introduce malware, bypass limits or security controls, scrape or abuse the service, or submit confidential credentials through public forms. Monitoring targets and cloud integrations must be systems you are authorized to assess.
Subscriptions, billing and taxes
Paid software plans are billed through the configured payment provider at the price and interval shown at checkout. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes may be added where required. Plan access may change when a subscription is cancelled, expires or enters a payment-attention state. Engineering services
Assessments, implementation projects, managed engineering and support may require a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Scope, deliverables, assumptions, access, fees, response expectations, acceptance criteria and service levels apply only when stated in the applicable signed agreement.
Customer data and integrations
You retain your rights in information and configuration you submit. You grant OpsChugex the limited right to process that information only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Third-party cloud, payment, source-control and other services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Intellectual property
OpsChugex software, documentation, original diagrams, branding and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and word marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible or referenced technologies. No partnership or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated and verified.
Availability, warranties and liability
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, public websites, demonstrations and self-service software are provided on an as-available basis without an uptime or response-time commitment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. OpsChugex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the general service where such limitation is legally permitted. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements or material breach. You may cancel a subscription through available billing controls. Account deletion is subject to retention needed for security, billing, contractual or legal obligations.
Governing law and contact
Unless a signed agreement or mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts located in Ontario have jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to another agreed process. Questions may be sent to hello@opschugex.com.
