Cookie Policy
OpsChugex uses a small set of first-party cookies that support authentication, security and language preference. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking cookies on our own web properties.
Effective: October 1, 2026
Necessary authentication cookies
The OpsChugex application uses secure, HttpOnly authentication cookies to maintain an authenticated session. These cookies are required for account access and security and cannot be disabled without preventing sign-in.
Language preference
The public website and Marketplace use a first-party ops_locale cookie to remember the English or French preference. It is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Local browser storage
The OpsChugex application uses first-party local storage for preferences such as appearance, code theme, reduced-motion choice and language. Session storage may be used for temporary interface state such as navigation position and first-party lead-attribution values during the current browser session. This storage is not used for third-party advertising or cross-site profiling and can be cleared using browser or site-data controls.
Analytics
Our first-party analytics endpoint is cookieless. It records limited usage events such as page path, referrer hostname, coarse viewport and selected interaction type. It honours Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals.
Hosted third-party services
If you leave OpsChugex for a hosted payment or other third-party service, that provider may use its own cookies under its own privacy and cookie notices. Those cookies are not set by the OpsChugex public website.
Your controls
You can remove language-preference cookies through your browser. Authentication cookies are removed or invalidated when sessions expire or are revoked. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working.
Changes
If OpsChugex later adds non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking that requires consent, we will update this policy and implement the required consent mechanism before those technologies are enabled.
