Service Providers & Subprocessors
OpsChugex uses a limited set of third-party providers to host, secure, deliver and bill for the service. The exact provider involved depends on the feature a customer chooses to use.
Effective: October 1, 2026
Amazon Web Services
AWS is used for production infrastructure and supporting cloud services, including email delivery through Amazon SES. Service data may be processed in AWS regions configured for OpsChugex operations.
Stripe
Stripe is used for hosted checkout, subscription billing and customer billing-management workflows when paid billing is enabled. Payment-card details entered into Stripe-hosted checkout are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the OpsChugex application database.
GitHub
GitHub is used for source control, engineering collaboration and deployment workflows. Customer application secrets are not intentionally placed in public repositories. Repository and workflow access is controlled separately from customer workspace access.
Customer-selected cloud providers
When a customer connects AWS or other supported cloud environments, OpsChugex processes the minimum configuration and operational evidence needed for the selected workflow. Read-only or least-privilege access is used where the product does not need to make changes.
Email delivery
Account verification, security and service emails are sent using configured authenticated mail infrastructure. Email addresses and message content required for delivery are processed by the mail provider.
Provider changes
We review material provider changes against privacy, security and service requirements. This page is updated when a provider that materially processes customer personal information is added, removed or materially changes role.
